HANK

BORN : April 17th 2020

Hank the Ginger Holstein. On the chilly April morning that Lou passed away, in Maine, Hank was born. The farmer, a good friend of Brandon’s, knew how heartbroken Brooke was about losing Lou. He called and said that he had a bull calf who had been born that morning that he wanted Brooke to have. Not sure if she was ready, Brandon told him to hold on to him.
 
A few weeks later, Brooke met Hank. He was terrified of everyone and everything. She couldn’t get close to him without his whole body tensing. She sat with him for several days and slowly he became more trusting and curious. Brooke saw that he was a sensitive soul, who would need a special kind of care, and knew they were meant to be together.
